Our Sydney meditation classes/workshops are often a day long (or can be broken up into separate sessions). During the classes, our meditation instructors will help you learn the benefits of Streamline Meditation and be guided through the Streamline Meditation process – by the end of the class, you will have the skillset needed to meditate in your own personal time in a way that best suits your lifestyle.
