About our meditation classes in Melbourne
Our Melbourne meditation courses are taught in 4 separate sessions with each one lasting for one hour.
During these meditation sessions, our instructors will guide you through the Streamline Meditation process – by the end of the class, you will have the skill set needed to meditate in your own personal time in a way that best suits your lifestyle. We will also provide educational booklets for future reference and offer ongoing coaching for those who would like to refine their meditative practice.
For organisations, leaders and teams who would like to improve their office performance: we also offer corporate meditation classes. For those interested in learning Streamline Meditation but live outside of Melbourne, we also host standard and corporate meditation classes in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Perth, Canberra, Adelaide and surrounding areas, as well as through Skype.
